has supported several environmental issues; the doyen of

for the last 17 years have been engaged in the protection and upkeep of the
Dal Lake in Srinagar in Kashmir, and have been founder members of Dal Lake
Protection Committee.

has been closely associated with world-renowned ornithologists Dr. Robert
Fleming Sr. and Jr., and botanist Dr. Oleg Polunin, for whom they have
organised several exploratory expeditions. At present,

along with Bombay Natural History Society (est. 1883) is initiating bird
ringing operations and scientific study of flora and fauna in different
Himalayan districts.

Rahul
Sharma (Naturalist / Chaperon)Tour will be led by Rahul Sharma,
born in Agra and brought up near Corbett National Park. Rahul has spent many
years exploring the National Park and has great knowledge of wildlife; he
has led several tours and treks for

throughout North India. He is our own tiger expert and his hobbies include
bird watching and wildlife photography. Rahul is also member of WWF, Bombay
Natural History Society and Oriental Bird Club.
Hemraj Meena (
Naturalist)
Born
near Ranthambhore National park in 1974. Has won best Bird watchers award by
Rajasthan Tourism in 1997 & Best trekkers award by the Ranthambhore
Forest department, he has led and guided many of our Groups through Central
and South India. Hemraj has been also assisting forest departments in Annual
census of Tigers, a keen photographer and has great love for animals.
